It started in Mom's kitchen — where the pepper sauce never ran out, never asked permission, and sat on the table next to the salt. In a Trini home, pepper sauce isn't a condiment. It's our ketchup. It goes on pretty much everything, and pretty much everything tastes better with it.
That transitioned into me doing the labwork — and after many years of experiments, a series of sauces to share. Scotch bonnet, chadon beni, real ingredients, real flava -zero shortcuts. Hawt Sawhcey is that homesick flava — bottled, and brought to your table.
